Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and work closely with physicians and care teams across the continuum.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license, and ongoing competency certifications. Contracts are 14 weeks with weekly pay and Sanford benefits; eligible for extension or reassignment to other Sanford

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required,Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure under NLC.
Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
Deliver care across all phases of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Coordinate care planning, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
