Solutions by Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Fargo, ND. The contract spans 14 weeks with the option to extend, offering weekly pay and eligible Sanford benefits.

Candidates should have at least one year of RN experience, six months of travel experience, and be located within 60 miles of Fargo. The role emphasizes full nursing responsibilities, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to licensure and professional standards across the care

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state licensure.
• BSN preferred and required competencies/certifications as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Perform patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Adhere to state practice acts and professional standards.
