Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in Fargo, ND. You’ll apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team across shifts.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure, and a willingness to travel; a Bachelor's in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license where practice occurs; multistate licensure if NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Plan, coordinate patient care, education, triage and interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state standards.
