Solutions by Sanford is seeking experienced RNs for travel assignments based in Fargo, ND. Nurses will provide comprehensive care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and a commitment to serving communities. Travel experience and being within 60 miles of Fargo are preferred; contracts run 14 weeks with extension options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and assess patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Educate patients and coordinate triage and nursing interventions across care settings.
