Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments. You will perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation—to deliver individualized care in collaboration with physicians and the inter-professional team.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and care coordination across all care phases, while adhering to standards and ethics in nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or compact licensure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
