Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide individualized care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and at least one year of RN experience with travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Travel nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, provide education, triage and other nursing interventions.
