Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments across Fargo, ND. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinating with physicians and care teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and execution of individualized care plans, patient education, and triage. Requirements include an accredited nursing program and an active RN license; travel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and may have multistate licensure per state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
