Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our travel staffing team in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

A graduate from an accredited nursing program with an unencumbered RN license is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. At least one year of experience and some travel experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care and education.
• Coordinate patient assessment, triage and other nursing interventions.
