Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality, age-spanning respiratory care on-site with regular local travel for client visits. The role includes clinical assessment, plan development, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, effective services.

Formación

• Active state license as a Respiratory Therapist is required.
• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or NBRC-approved program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Driver's License with reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coordinated care to patients across all ages, supporting continuity and quality of care.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with continuing education requirements as mandated by the licensing board.
• Coordinate and deliver CPR, tracheostomy, ventilator training programs for staff.
• Prepare and maintain monthly training schedules and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate class logistics and maintain attendance records and evaluations.
• Deliver training courses ensuring content is current and aligned with standards.
• Update training materials to reflect current practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage CPR certification processes and distribute CPR cards as required.
• Travel to branch locations to conduct training sessions.
• Review and validate certifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide feedback on training participants to support staffing and scheduling decisions.
• Serve as aResource to field and office staff and clients with guidance and recommendations.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver specialized training for nursing students and staff.
