Trinity Health FirstChoice in Centerville, IA is seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists for part-time mobile assignments across MercyOne Centerville Medical Center and other locations. These FirstChoice RT roles offer premium compensation, 12-hour day shifts, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner - Accredited Respiratory Therapist program: Registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• Valid State License in Respiratory Care if required in the state you are working.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with patients, physicians and health personnel.
• Analytical skills to identify patient needs.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Adhere to and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines.
• Acts independently & appropriately within, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
• Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities
• Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Pay Range

$32.22-$35.00 per hour + Tax Free Allowance if Qualified or $60 per hour for local

Actual compensation offered will be within the range stated above but vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, licensure, and certification requirements, as well as comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles.
