American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a day shift assignment in a Pulmonary Function Test Lab in Washington. The position requires 1+ year of experience and WA licensure.

You will work a 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM schedule on a 13-week travel assignment, with the potential to float within the health system. Candidates must be traveling, not local, and must meet licensure requirements before start.

Formación

• Current RRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Washington state license required if applicable.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Spirometry experience preferred.
• Stress test administration experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a Pulmonary Function Test Lab setting.
• 1:1 patient ratio.
• Day shift schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 13-week assignment.
• Candidates must be willing to float within the health system.
• Provide cardio-pulmonary care including diagnostic testing, oxygen and medication delivery, bronchial hygiene, arterial/capillary blood gas draw and analysis, advanced airway, and life support.
• Perform patient assessments including monitoring labs, hemodynamics, and radiology findings.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• First-time travelers are not considered for this position.
• Previous employees of this health system must have at least 1 year separation before returning as a traveler.
• Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility.
• Proof of Washington state license application required at time of consideration, with an active license not required until closer to start.
• Start date may be delayed up to 8 weeks if license is still in process.
