Licensure in Hawaii is required if applicable, with BLS/PALS/ACLS. RVT/NRP certifications are preferred. Travel experience is essential, and vaccination proof or exemption is required prior to start.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule, three 12-hour shifts weekly (1830-0700).
• 15-week contract length.
• Airway management with ventilator and non-invasive support.
• Operates PB 980, PB 840, and V60 ventilators; Para Pac Transport Vent.
• Uses EPIC EMR and Pyxis for charting and medication management.
• Holiday coverage required.
• Includes physician consulting, CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care.
• Arrive Thursday before start for employee health appointment Friday.
• First-time travelers will not be considered.

Requirements

• State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License required if applicable
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• RRT and NRP certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Experience caring for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations required
• Completion of at least one prior travel assignment required
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exception required prior to contract start

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule, three 12-hour shifts weekly (1830-0700), totaling 36 hours
• 15-week contract length
• Provides continuous airway management along with ventilator and non-invasive ventilator support
• Uses PB 980, PB 840, and V60 ventilators, as well as Para Pac Transport Vent
• Utilizes computerized charting and Pyxis medication management system
• EPIC EMR used
• Holiday coverage required
• Responsibilities include physician consulting, CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care
• Candidates must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
