Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice RN travel program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, part-time assignments across Holy Cross Hospital and other locations. RNs will float between units, provide bedside care, and support standard nursing processes with cross-site collaboration.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, WOCN, and 18+ months Med Surg/Tele/PCU with two years in other specialties; BLS/ACLS/PALS per specialty.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• WOCN - required.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, PCU.
• 2+ years for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED & Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS via AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital/regions as needed.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse patient needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• WOCN - required
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range: $71.00 - $76.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
