Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking experienced RNs for premium compensation and maximum flexibility. RNs will be utilized to fill short and long-term assignments across the health system, with Nationwide and Regional opportunities available.

You will float across hospital locations, demonstrate professional practice, and collaborate on quality outcomes while maintaining licensure and credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2 years for all remaining specialties.
• Credentials required per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS through AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement outcomes.

What you will do:

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.

• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg,Teleand PCU.

• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.

• Required to have andmaintainthe credentialsrequiredper their specialty area (ex:ACLS, TNCC,etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.
