Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing assignments across the system, including Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. This PRN program offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility with regional and nationwide opportunities.

Responsibilities include floating to various units, delivering care per standard nursing practice, and maintaining licensure credentials (BLS/ACLS/PALS).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

• Provide nursing care following standard elements of practice: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.

What you will do

Minimum Qualifications

Pay Range: $57.00 - $67.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
