Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice RN program offers premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility. RNs are utilized across hospital locations and regions for short- and long-term assignments nationwide.

Position highlights include premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem opportunities, and 403B participation. Location: Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, MD; Hours: 3x12, Night shift; Start: ASAP; PRN weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.

What you will do:

Pay Range: $57.00 - $67.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
