Legacy Healthcare is hiring Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) in Iowa with flexible, self-directed scheduling. Choose shifts near home, travel across Iowa, or mix both to fit your lifestyle. Earn $42-$50 per hour and build a schedule that works for you.

As a Travel RN, you will provide direct resident care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate care with physicians and facility leadership. Medical, dental, vision benefits and other opportunities may be available based on eligibility.

What You'll Do

As a Travel RN, you will provide direct resident care and serve as the clinical leader for your assigned shift. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other assigned nursing staff

• Communicating with physicians, families, and facility leadership

• Supporting admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response

• Ensuring care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans

What You'll Need

Long-term care, skilled nursing, or Charge Nurse experience is preferred but not required.
