Job summary

Legacy Healthcare LLC in Iowa is hiring Travel Registered Nurses for our internal travel team. Choose when you work and how far you travel, with shifts near Britt or across Iowa.

As a Travel RN, you’ll provide direct resident care, supervise CNAs, and coordinate with physicians while maintaining resident care plans. We offer full time, part time, or PRN options with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
• Supervise CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership.
• Support admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response.
• Ensure care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans.

What You’ll Do
