Job summary

Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking a Travel RN to join our internal travel team in Iowa. You’ll set your own schedule, choose shifts near home, or travel across Iowa as preferred. We support full time, part time, or PRN arrangements so you can tailor your workload.

You’ll lead direct resident care on each shift, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with physicians and facility leadership. This role emphasizes flexibility, independence, and immediate impact on residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments.
• Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition.
• Supervising CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other assigned nursing staff.
• Communicating with physicians, families, and facility leadership.
• Supporting admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response.
• Ensuring care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans.

What You’ll Do
