Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Iowa-based shifts. The role offers flexible, self-directed scheduling and the ability to work near home or travel across Iowa.

As Travel RN, you will lead clinical care on your assigned shift, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and supervise other nursing staff. This position supports admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency responses while maintaining resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Ensuring care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans

What You’ll Need

Long-term care, skilled nursing, or Charge Nurse experience is preferred but not required.
