Legacy Healthcare is hiring Travel Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct resident care across Iowa. Choose when you work and how far you travel, keeping you close to home or enabling facility-wide experiences.

As a Travel RN, you will lead clinical care on your shift, administer medications, monitor conditions, and coordinate with physicians, families, and leadership. Requires Iowa RN license and CPR.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or Charge Nurse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments.
• Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition.
• Supervising CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other assigned nursing staff.
• Communicating with physicians, families, and facility leadership.
• Supporting admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response.
• Ensuring care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans.
