Legacy Healthcare is hiring Travel Registered Nurses for our internal travel team in Iowa. Choose when you work and how far you travel, picking up shifts near home or across Iowa.

As a Travel RN, you will provide direct resident care, supervise CNAs and other nursing staff, document changes, and communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership while maintaining resident care plans. Must hold an Iowa RN license and CPR certification.

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments.
• Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition.

What You'll Do
