Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute medical‑surgical and telemetry nursing experience.
• CPR and ACLS certifications (BLS and ACLS required).
• Epic experience required.
• Ability to work on an inpatient med‑surg telemetry unit; float flexibility as needed.
• Pre‑employment testing requirements: pass Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests administered prior to acceptance; passing score of 85% with one attempt allowed; testing conducted via Zoom prior to onboarding.
• Onboarding will include readiness to interpret own telemetry strips; no telemetry technicians on this unit.
