The role requires MA RN license, active BLS, and telemetry/Meditech experience. Travel nursing experience is required and local rate differential applies. Flu vaccination is required prior to start; Christmas Eve/Day coverage may be required based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical-surgical and telemetry nursing experience; telemetry and Meditech experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct nursing care to Med Surg telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status; interpret telemetry data; respond to rhythm changes.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Meditech.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to implement care plans.
• Support discharge planning and patient education; ensure patient safety.

Registered Nurse – Med Surg Telemetry, travel assignment in Concord, Massachusetts. Start date 11/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $2,078 to $2,121 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 12-hour nights on a 12x3 rotation (7:00 pm–7:30 am), with every-other weekend and every-other holiday. This travel assignment occurs in a hospital setting and requires Meditech documentation and telemetry familiarity. MA RN license and BLS are required, along with telemetry and Meditech experience.

• Administer prescribed medications, manage intravenous lines and infusions, and monitor for adverse effects
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the Meditech electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the broader care team to implement and adjust care plans
• Support discharge planning and patient education; ensure patient safety and infection prevention standards are upheld

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification (ARC or AHA)
• 3+ years of medical-surgical and telemetry nursing experience
• Telemetry and Meditech experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) and cover every-other weekend and every-other holiday
• Must be able to work either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day based on unit need
• Flu vaccine required prior to start
