Candidates should have 2+ years of Med Surg Tele experience, EPIC proficiency, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Travel support and assignment coordination are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for Med Surg Tele patients, with emphasis on telemetry monitoring.
• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data; identify rhythm changes and respond per protocol.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and maintain accurate IV lines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Document care in the EPIC electronic health record with timely, accurate updates.
• Assess patient condition, anticipate needs, and elevate concerns promptly.
