Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Traveling Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at McRae Women’s Facility in McRae–Helena, GA. This role involves providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Applicants must hold a valid Georgia RN license or be able to obtain one, and have at least 2 years of RN experience.

The position offers up to $2200 per week including non-taxed stipends, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Georgia RN license or ability to obtain one.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Open availability for travel throughout Georgia as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients.

Overview

We are currently seeking a Full‑time Traveling Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at McRae Women’s Facility located in McRae‑Helena, GA. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full‑time, benefit‑eligible Centurion employees.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Eagles supporting our Georgia program must reside outside of the state of Georgia.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license or the ability to obtain a license
• At least two (2) years of RN experience
• Must live 50 miles or more from facility
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs
• Current CPR/BLS
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
