Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) for correctional facilities across Georgia. You will work night shifts, travel as needed, and be a full-time Centurion employee with comprehensive benefits.

Georgia-licensed RNs with related experience are preferred; open to candidates willing to obtain licensure and security clearance. Compensation includes a weekly travel stipend and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required or ability to obtain license in Georgia
• 2+ years RN experience preferred
• Candidate must live 50 miles or more from facility
• Willingness to travel throughout Georgia per contract requirements
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Corrections experience not required but preferred
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen & background check)

We are currently seeking a Full-time Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team in correctional facilities across the state of Georgia. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license or the ability to obtain a license
• At least two (2) years of RN experience
• Must live 50 miles or more from facility
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs
• Current CPR/BLS
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
