Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of RN experience.
• Must live 50 miles or more from facility.
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs.
• Current CPR/BLS.
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients under DON/Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Traveling Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Baldwin State Prison located in Hardwick, GA. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
