Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse/Project Center Specialist to join our Operations team in Atlanta, GA. You will maintain security and integrity of customer assets while processing and managing secure storage containers within our record center.

Responsibilities include scanned order processing, physical logistics, and safeguarding information. The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a warehouse or records center environment.
• Ability to prep and pack files for shipping.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Strong data entry and basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• English reading/writing and communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using the Safekeeper system, scanning carton barcodes and locations.
• Handle physical logistics, including loading/unloading trailers and moving items.
• Maintain a clean, secure work area and safeguard customer information.
