Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Project Center Specialist to join our Operations team in Atlanta/Norcross. You will maintain the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing secure storage containers in our record center.

Responsibilities include scanning barcodes, handling up to ~200 boxes daily, loading/unloading trailers, and ensuring data accuracy and safety in all tasks. Must be willing to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, records center, or similar operations environment.
• Ability to Prep and Packing of files for shipping to the IM Warehouse.
• Must be willing to travel to customer site.
• Strong knowledge of basic computer-related equipment, data entry, and industry tools, with excellent organization and attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Proven ability in safely performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds, and remaining stationary or performing repetitive motions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders by utilizing the Safekeeper system to accurately scan carton barcodes and locations, managing an average of 200 secure storage boxes daily for retrieval or return.
• Execute physical logistics, including loading/unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembling items, while operating necessary tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols by maintaining a clean, secure work area and safeguarding customer information at all times.
