Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Project Center Specialist to join our Operations team. You will manage secure storage containers, process orders, and support safe, accurate handling of customer assets in our record center.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse or records environment, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a commitment to security and accuracy while working Monday through Friday, with two location assignments in Atlanta and Norcross.

Qualifications

• One to two (1-2) years of experience in a warehouse, records center, or similar operations environment.
• Ability to Prep and Packing of files for shipping to the IM Warehouse.
• Must be willing to travel to customer site.
• Strong knowledge of basic computer-related equipment, data entry, and industry tools, paired with excellent organization and attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Proven ability in safely performing physical tasks, including regularly lifting up to 60 pounds, and remaining stationary or performing repetitive motions for extended periods (e.g., climbing, stooping, pushing, and pulling).
• High School diploma or equivalent with proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders by utilizing the Safekeeper system to accurately scan carton barcodes and locations, managing an average of 200 secure storage boxes daily for retrieval or return.
• Execute all physical logistics, including safely loading and unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembling items, while safely operating necessary tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols by maintaining a clean, secure work area and rigorously safeguarding customer information at all times.
