Qualifications

• Experienced technical instructor, trainer, or teaching-focused engineer.

• Strong live facilitation: can hold a room, answer questions, and adapt pace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live technical sessions, in person and hybrid, across assigned Basecamp paths.
• Run hands-on labs and exercises, support learners through technical issues in the room.
• Dry-run sessions with curriculum owners ahead of each cohort and iterate on delivery.
• Collect and relay learner feedback and survey signals to program owners.
• Support day-of cohort operations alongside the program team.
• Travel to cohort sites as scheduled.
