Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Field Trainer - Cloud Training to lead hands-on bootcamps and workshops for engineers, architects, and executives across multiple U.S. metros in a hybrid model.

You will translate cloud concepts into actionable guidance, work with APIs and SDKs, and ensure high-quality delivery across diverse regions. The role requires strong training backgrounds and excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in technical training or instructor-led workshops for professional audiences.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools across major cloud platforms.
• Ability to read/modify sample code in Python or JavaScript during live sessions.
• Excellent facilitation and communication for engineers and business leaders alike.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, technical workshops, and live lab sessions for diverse audiences.
• Guide participants through real cloud partner workflows using APIs, SDKs, and deployment tooling.
• Troubleshoot participant issues in real time during live labs and handle API errors.
• Translate complex cloud concepts into clear business-focused explanations.
• Represent OpenAI's technical brand with credibility at enterprise partners.
• Maintain premium delivery quality across regions and audiences.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve training outcomes.
