Job summary

OpenAI seeks a Technical Field Trainer - Cloud Training to deliver hands-on bootcamps and labs across multiple U.S. metros in a hybrid setup.

You will engage engineers, architects, and executives, guiding them through cloud workflows, APIs, and deployment patterns while maintaining high quality and professional standards. You will represent OpenAI in enterprise training sessions, collaborate with program leadership, and contribute to scalable partner enablement across regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a trainer/instructor
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments
• Exceptional facilitation and communication with mixed audiences
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and cloud deployment workflows
• Ability to read and lightly modify sample code in Python or JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, technical workshops, and live lab sessions for engineers, architects, sales teams, and executives
• Guide participants through cloud partner workflows using APIs, SDKs, deployment tooling, and labs
• Troubleshoot participant issues in real time during live labs
• Translate cloud concepts into clear business-relevant explanations for diverse audiences
• Represent OpenAI's brand with credibility at enterprise partner organizations
• Maintain high delivery quality across regions and audiences
• Collaborate with leadership to improve training outcomes
