Job summary

BHC Rhodes is seeking a Project Manager for our Kansas City area surveying group. The role leads project development from start to finish, coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams while managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

You will travel up to 25% for project sites, mentor team members, prepare reports and proposals, and work to maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience on a variety of survey projects.
• Proven project management skills with understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to charter and lead a highly interdependent team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of various teams and committees.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages overall project development from start to finish.
• Defines project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and deliverables with customers and leaders.
• Plans, schedules and tracks project timelines using appropriate tools.
• Maintains client relationships and pursues new business opportunities.
• Submits invoices and ensures timely customer payment.
• Coordinates with Survey team and other groups to meet timelines.
• Mentors and supervises project team members and subconsultants.
