BHC, Kansas City, is seeking a Project Manager for the Survey Group to lead multifaceted projects from kickoff to completion. You will build strong relationships with client project representatives, define scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables, and coordinate with survey team leaders to meet deadlines.

The role requires 6+ years of survey project experience, solid project management and financial acumen, and the ability to guide a cross-functional team.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience on survey projects.
• Proven project management skills with scope, schedule, cost, and deliverable management.
• Strong financial acumen for project budgeting.
• Ability to charter and lead a highly interdependent team of individual contributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and manages overall project development from beginning to end.
• Defines project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and deliverables with customers and leads.
• Develops project workflows and communications documents.
• Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Plans, schedules and tracks timelines using appropriate tools.
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and documentation.
• Manages changes in project scope and seeks additional funding when appropriate.
• Maintains client relationships and supports business development activities.
