Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle. You will coordinate staffing, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client relations while applying QA/QC processes.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience, 2+ years of project management, and travel up to 50% locally with potential international assignments. Local candidates are preferred in the Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience and strong leadership.
• Proficiency with multidisciplinary teams of Architects, Engineers, and Designers.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate several projects concurrently, tracking budgets and schedules.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings across marketing, contracts, design and production.
• Coordinate staffing and workload and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Forecasting, invoicing and contract management with QA/QC procedures.
• Mentor and supervise larger project staffs and travel 10–20% (local and potentially international).
