Qualifications

• Must be able to travel up to 60%.
• Experience in low voltage and access control preferred.
• Clean background check and able to pass state/federal checks.
• Must pass drug screens.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and installation maps.
• Willing to work nights/weekends/out-of-town.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently install and service Homeland security solutions.
• Run wiring, trenching, drilling and related tasks.
• Connect control panels and install software.
• Review plans and orders to verify materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Train customers on software usage and navigation.
• Maintain documentation of work and equipment used.
• Coordinate with Operations and other technicians.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Complete Daily Project Reports.
• Stay informed of new products and developments.
• May perform additional duties as needed.
• Manage a technician crew and job site when required.
• Maintain client privacy.
