Responsibilities

• Efficiently install and service security solutions using folders/maps.
• Run electrical wiring in crawl spaces, drill, trench as needed.
• Connect panels, install software, conceal wires, meet requirements.
• Inspect sites, review orders, plans and manuals for proper install.
• Perform routine maintenance on installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Train customers on software/equipment usage and navigation.
• Document all work and equipment used per policies.
• Coordinate with Operations and other technicians; build customer rapport.
• Maintain positive customer relations and complete daily reports.
• Stay informed about new products; perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage technician crew/site when required; ensure confidentiality.
