Job summary

You will install and service access control, CCTV, intrusion, and communication systems for commercial clients, traveling as needed and coordinating with Operations staff.

The role requires leadership experience, a solid electronics background, and the ability to work nights/weekends and pass background checks. Based at our Shreveport office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installation and field service experience in access control or CCTV.
• Experience leading a technician team and coordinating on projects.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and work nights/weekends.
• Clean background and ability to pass state/federal checks.
• Valid driver''s license with clean MVR.
• Strong reading of electrical schematics and site maps.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Homeland security solutions using installation folders and maps.
• Run electrical wiring in crawl spaces, drill, trench, and lead a team.
• Connect control panels, install security software, conceal wiring, ensure compliance.
• Review work orders and plans to verify materials and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance of installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; train customers on software and equipment usage.
