Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or professional learning facilitation.
• Experience delivering professional learning to educators, administrators, and district leaders.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers to ensure seamless learning experiences.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging, high-impact professional learning sessions to educators and instructional leaders, virtually and in person.
• Tailor sessions to district priorities and instructional goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers before and after sessions for engagement and follow-up.
• Foster collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to align on customer needs.
• Support onboarding and implementation of Kiddom’s platform and Illustrative Mathematics resources.
• Gather feedback to inform ongoing professional learning strategies.
• Stay updated on best practices in instructional technology and adult learning.
