Job summary

Clear Investment Group is seeking a National Operations Specialist to travel to distressed and stabilized multifamily properties across a national footprint. You will own property operations, leasing, and staffing during assignments, coordinating with on-site teams and leadership to maintain performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in property management, familiarity with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe, and a strong ability to manage change, travel, and deadlines while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Leadership experience in multifamily assets preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and deploy on short notice.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Must be able to walk 3 miles daily and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations across assignments.
• Lead onboarding and staffing for newly acquired properties.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Travel, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure occupancy goals.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for ownership.
