Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, Atlanta-based, seeks a National Operations Specialist to assist Regional Managers in directing the management and maintenance of apartment communities nationwide. This traveling role requires 90% travel, sometimes including weekends, and may fill in for management at a property.

You will participate in marketing planning, assist leasing to maximize occupancy, train staff, and recruit. You’ll supervise maintenance, manage leases, and help the property meet budgeted NOI while

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a Property Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• This position is 90% travel, including air travel.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Marketing and Leasing skills preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing the assigned community’s marketing plan.
• Assist with leasing responsibilities to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain excellent customer service by following Peak Simply Service Standards.
• Assist in training property staff on company policies & procedures.
• Assist in scheduling and managing part-time leasing consultants at a property.
• Interview candidates for onsite positions and participate in hiring decisions.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Ensure accurate lease paperwork and record retention compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting; support budgeted revenues and NOI.
