Job summary

CLEAR INVESTMENT GROUP is seeking a National Property Manager to oversee multifamily assets across the portfolio. The role requires travel to properties nationwide, with ownership of operations, leasing, collections, maintenance, and reporting from day one.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in property management, a track record stabilizing distressed assets, and readiness for frequent assignments. Housing, travel, and meals are provided during deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience stabilizing distressed properties is highly preferred.
• Willing and able to travel ~75% of the time across assignments.
• Ability to take ownership quickly and operate independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, collections, maintenance, and reporting.
• Lead leasing, occupancy goals, and tenant communications to uphold community standards.
• Supervise on-site staff; hire, schedule, and train team members as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired properties and execute transitional plans.
• Deliver timely property reports to ownership and leadership.
