CLEAR INVESTMENT GROUP is seeking a National Operations Specialist to oversee property operations, leasing, and staffing across a national portfolio. You will travel extensively, step into vacancies, lead transitions, and ensure performance against budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in multifamily property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe. Travel approx. 75%, in-office work, and a track record of improving occupancy and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including leadership.
• Experience stabilizing distressed properties.
• Willing and able to travel approximately 75% and deploy on short notice as portfolio needs arise.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily property operations: leasing, collections, maintenance, and reporting from day one.
• Manage occupancy and evictions within financial guidelines; coordinate inspections and repairs.
• Supervise on-site staff; hire and stabilize teams across assignments.
• Lead onboarding of newly acquired properties and implement policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports for ownership and leadership; use AI tools to draft communications and organize data.
