Job summary

Tricon-Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager - Technician to support the Maintenance team across occupied homes in Nashville, with occasional travel to Indianapolis, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC.

You will supervise Technicians, manage attendance, budgets, and safety issues while upholding Tricon’s standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and offers a path to grow within a technology-enabled platform that

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with residents and team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Mentor and oversee Maintenance Technicians and ensure workflow.
• Ensure maintenance projects meet Tricon quality standards.
• Manage attendance, time sheets, inventory, and budget.
• Address Health and Safety issues promptly with leadership and residents.
