Job summary

Wyoming Downs, LLC seeks a Gaming Technician to ensure reliable operation of gaming terminals and related equipment. You will service, repair, and maintain wagering terminals, loyalty systems, networking gear, and related devices while keeping guests and staff informed and supported. 50-75% travel is required.

The role involves preventive maintenance, parts management, and on-site installations and repairs, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mechanical, electronics or installation and maintenance of hardware in gaming or similar environments.
• Experience with HHR or Class 2/3 gaming systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on Gaming Terminals (scheduled and unscheduled).
• Maintain records of repairs and parts usage per policy.
• Communicate terminal status with teammates and leads.
• Perform preventive maintenance for optimal terminal performance.
• Order replacement parts not readily available.
• Manage hardware and software updates for terminals.
• Assist with installations, conversions and network setup.
• Provide responsive guest service and assist with floor calls.
