Job summary

Bulldog Gaming, LLC in the United States seeks a full-time Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support Video Gaming Terminals (VGT), Redemption Terminals (RT), and amusement devices at partner locations across the region. You’ll perform diagnostics, replace parts, and ensure equipment uptime while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires timely travel, valid driver's license, and ability to work rotating shifts including on-call, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Slot machine, VGT, Amusement, ATM service or in a related technical field desired.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Mechanically inclined individual preferred
• Some PC or networking skills desired
• Must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects.
• Must be willing to work rotating, on‑call, weekend and evening shifts including holidays.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Has the flexibility and willingness to work in an environment with constantly changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service appointments in a timely manner.
• Conducts wellness checks at locations to ensure equipment is clean and serviceable.
• Uses computer and cell phone applications to perform duties and complete administrative tasks.
• Cleans, inspects, tests, and troubleshoots VGTs, RTs, Amusements, Standalone ATMs, and Marketing equipment.
• Performs repairs, adjusts, and/or replaces parts as necessary to keep equipment operating in optimal condition.
• Communicates with Accel Entertainment employees and customers to ensure minimal downtime and an optimal customer experience.
• Replenishes cash cassettes and coins in RTs, ATMs, and change machines.
• Completes hand pays with cash when required.
• Safeguards company property by following company policies and procedures.
• Manage vehicle inventory to ensure commonly used parts and tools are available when needed.
