Job summary

Keystoneforensics is seeking Part Time/Subcontracted Fire Investigators throughout the United States. In this role, you will determine the origin and cause of fire and explosion events in various settings, including residential and commercial properties, vehicles, and more.

The ideal candidate will have IAAI-CFI certification, experience in fire investigations, and the ability to produce clear, timely reports. This position requires travel and offers the opportunity to work independently while managing multiple investigations.

Qualifications

• IAAI-CFI certification preferred.
• Able to perform fire investigations and write reports according to guidelines.
• Willing to travel to various locations for investigations.
• Private Investigators license if required by the state.
• Experience with Google Docs and G-Suite applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine the origin and cause of fire and explosion events.
• Convey findings to clients in reports or verbally.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
