Job summary

Keystone Experts & Engineers seeks Part Time/Subcontracted Fire Investigators to determine origin and cause of fires across residential, commercial, and industrial sites, vehicles, and machinery. Investigators will convey findings verbally or in written reports with timely turnaround.

Applicants should have IAAI-CFI preferred certification, ability to travel, and knowledge of NFPA 921 and 1033. High school diploma required, higher education preferred, and familiarity with Google Docs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform fire investigations and consistently complete verbal and written reports per Keystone guidelines.
• Willingness to travel to loss locations across the resident state and surrounding states.
• Private Investigators license if required by state.
• Knowledge of NFPA 921 and NFPA 1033.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Well organized and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
